News: Que’d Up X PRP Bring Back ‘Intro to Mixing Vinyl’ for Pride 2025

For Pride Month, Precision Record Pressing is proud to support Que’d Up’s 'Intro to Vinyl Mixing' workshop.
Rave and techno culture have long been sacred spaces for self-expression, exploration, and community. This workshop invites newcomers to step into that legacy and discover the art of mixing vinyl.
On June 1st from 1–4PM at Geary Avenue Rehearsal Studios, the session will be led by Toronto living legend Barbi Castelvi, with support from Lana Violette. Together, they’ll walk participants through the fundamentals of mixing on vinyl, followed by open deck time to experiment, practice, and vibe. Participants are encouraged to bring their own vinyl selections or explore picks curated by the Que’d Up team.
Secure your place by filling out this Google Form and sending a PWYC donation. Que’d Up events cater to the LGBTQ+ community, creating low-barrier access to artist development and skill-sharing in safe, intentional spaces. This workshop is for community members only.
